Mission:

ThenaTek aims to use a specialized designed database to allow users to submit and recall technical problems associated with each specific user company. To fund our successful in house development, we would like to put forth the opportunity for companies to invest in the development, and in return, have a partition of ThenaTek assigned to their company for internal use. ThenaTek, being a funded project, will always be in development towards innovation and improvement. Other companies' investments, in a way, are a service fee to use the ThenaTek database and fund future development of the project.

Problem:

Our company, the rubber duck manufacturer, RubCo; spends valuable client allocated time solving internal affairs. These affairs include an over abundance of technical issue revolving around our office based business. As software doesn't always produce the results our employees need to have to keep a productive work day on task, they pull away from our company experts and It-techs to fix these issues. Our experts, being pulled away from customer issues to focus more towards company tech problems, has allowed for loss of possible profits associated with customer communication. We have decided to invest in house to develop the new system, ThenaTek.

Resolution:

To fund our successful in house development, we would like to put forth the opportunity for companies to invest in the development, and in return, have a partition of ThenaTek assigned to their company for internal use. ThenaTek, being a funded project, will always be in development towards innovation and improvement. Other companies' investments, in a way, are a service fee to use the ThenaTek database and fund future development of the project. Using a simple user interface on the website, and the company's specific login, the employees can submit an issue of their own dealing with software and common technical errors. As a company, we would encourage the employees to use the utility, and by using mathematical correlation models, the utility will conduct a search for a recommendation solution for a specific problem. The user then can submit how they fixed the issue.
